Individual Professional License
Clear, practical terms for professionals who want to use Rylami resources with the clients and families they personally serve.
Draft pre-launch terms. These terms describe the intended Individual Professional License for digital Rylami resources such as Between Two Homes. They will be reviewed alongside the final checkout and delivery setup before sales begin.
Who the license covers
One purchase grants use to one named individual professional. The license belongs to that purchaser and is not a practice-wide, agency-wide, school-wide, or team license.
What you may do
The licensed professional may use the resource in their own professional services and may print or provide individual worksheets, activities, or client-facing pages to the clients or families they personally serve when those pages are used as part of that professional work.
What you may not do
You may not share, email, upload, or distribute the complete digital resource or source file to clients, coworkers, colleagues, organizations, or the public. You may not place it in a shared drive or shared resource library, post it online, resell it, sublicense it, give it away as a standalone product, remove Rylami attribution or copyright notices, or modify/rebrand it for redistribution or sale.
Copies for clients
Permitted client copies are for the professional’s direct work with that client or family. Receiving a worksheet or client-facing page does not give the recipient permission to reproduce, redistribute, publish, or resell it.
Multiple professionals
Each professional who wants to use the resource with their own clients needs an individual professional license unless Rylami offers and the organization purchases a separate group, practice, school, or agency license.
Ownership
Purchasing a license grants permission to use the resource under these terms; it does not transfer copyright or ownership of the resource, its text, activities, design, or other intellectual property.
Educational resource
Rylami resources are educational and supportive materials. They are not a substitute for individualized mental-health treatment, legal advice, diagnosis, emergency services, or the professional judgment and ethical responsibilities of the licensed user.
Questions about permitted use
If a planned use is not clearly covered here, contact Rylami before copying or distributing the material. Additional licensing options may be developed for practices, schools, agencies, trainings, and other organizations.
